NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given in terms of Clause 18.7 of the Nomads Constitution of a Special General Meeting to be held directly before prize giving at the Gauteng Nomads Monthly game at Roodepoort on Thursday 17th October 2013.

The purpose of the meeting is to hold a vote by show of hands on a proposed change to the Gauteng Nomads club playing kit.

An example of the intended playing kit will be available to view prior to the meeting and further information on the reasoning behind the proposal will be presented prior to the vote.

Options for the vote are as follows:

1) Playing kit to remain as is, namely red pants with white shirt
or
2) Playing kit to change to black pants with red shirt

Please note that if the proposed change is adopted, The Club will provide each member with one free new shirt inorder to avoid any expense to be incurred by the change.

Please be advised that even if you do not play in the game at Roodepoort you are still entitled to be at the SGM inorder to cast your vote.

Members voting rights are as follows:
Members entitled to vote at a Special General Meeting are HLM’s, Honorary Members, Full Members and Non-Active Members only
Associate Members, Non-Playing Members and Sponsor Members are not entitled to vote
Any member not in good standing in terms of Clause 7.1 (Playing commitment and Non- Payment of Annual subscriptions), regardless of their membership may not vote.
