Please find attached the time sheet for the ANDREW MENTIS GOLF DAY at MODDERFONTEIN on the 6^th SEPTEMBER.

If there is a TBA in your four ball, please let me know at the soonest who your guest will be and if there is to be any changes.

Payments must be made into the Andrew Mentis Account and proof must be sent to me, as I am unable to access that account to find out if you have paid or not.

NB:  I am asking as to whether someone found a Nomads C Division watch in their blazer pocket at Krugersdorp as Kenneth Blake “lost” his watch there on the Wednesday of the game. He did phone the Club the very next day and they called him back without any success.

Please if anyone has it, please let me or Kenneth Blake know asap.

2.    Glenvista Entry Form – PLEASE NOTE: On the Entry form in RED, at the bottom is “NB: NO REFUND WILL BE MADE IF CANCELLED LESS THAN 48HRS BEFORE THE GAME.” This has been decided by the committee and will come in to effect as from CMR.
