I’d like to take this opportunity, on behalf of GolfRSA, to thank all Nomads for your continued support of am-
        ateur golf in South Africa.

It’s very difficult to quantify just how much Nomads means to golf in this country and that is perhaps because
the organization does not get the credit it deserves for ensuring that our game continues to thrive and grow. I
can say with absolute certainty that the game would be in a very different position were it not for the support
and opportunities that Nomads provides at almost every level.

The funds that you raise through Golforama, your monthly games and sponsorships are put to good use as
we look to both grow the game and produce the many champion golfers that South Africa continues to churn
out. The tournaments that you sponsor (we had 14 this year for junior boys and girls) provide the platform for
our elite young players to test themselves and learn about competing at the highest level. I know our juniors
look forward to playing in Nomads events and the winners take great pride in being able to call themselves
        champions of a Nomads tournament.

Your support of the SA Golf Development Board and SA Disabled Golf Association means that we are able
to make the game more accessible to all and help produce some excellent players. We are starting to see
SAGDB players excel in Nomads events, with the likes of Devon Valentine, Zinan Maimane, Johndre Ludick and
Vuyisane Makama coming close to claiming victories in 2023. I have a feeling one of them will break into the
        winner’s circle next year.

We feel honoured to partner with Nomads as custodians of the game of golf in South Africa. Your influence, as
players make their way into the professional game is keenly felt – and the current crop of young professionals
on the Sunshine, Challenge and DP World Tours owe Nomads a debt of gratitude for helping them get to the
        position they are today.

Sadly, we have lost some Nomads during the course of
2023 and I’d like to offer my sincerest condolences to
anyone who has lost one of their Nomad colleagues or
        friends over this time.

Thank you once again for all that Nomads does for
South African golf. GolfRSA is proud to call Nomads
a partner and we look forward to a prosperous year
        ahead in 2024.

        Thank you for your support.
